Dear Parents and Students
This years pantominme will be "Mother Goose"
It will be held on Sunday 29th June at the Liverpool Catholic Club - 11am
Our Pantomime “Mother Goose” is on Sunday 29 th June and will run for approximately 2 ½ hours, with two intervals for costume changes. Bar service and snack bar will be available. Please arrive in your first costume with hair and make-up done. There are NO large dressing rooms now as the club has undergone alterations; however, you can still change costumes behind the stage at interval, where there is more room. No child is to be dressed in the auditorium . No costume is to be seen in the audience, you must cover it up with a cape or large dressing gown. We want the costumes to be a “surprise” to our audience when they appear on stage. No personal jewelry such as earrings, rings, necklaces and bangles are to be worn on stage. All performers must be there by 10.40am. You should allow extra time for parking and queuing to enter the auditorium.
Children are not permitted near the poker machines or the bar area. Please remember that children are not allowed to run around the auditorium or go near the stage, as this is a distraction for performers, and the audience. Parents are also reminded not to walk across in front of the stage as it is distracting, and in view of the audience and professional video camera.
Tickets
This covers the costs relating to the hire of the auditorium, stage rehearsals, light and sound engineers, bar, snack bar and cleaning staff. Prices are as follows:
Adults - $22.00
Children - $10.00 (4-15 years) Performers do not pay an entry fee and are not allocated a seat. Young children can sit on their parents lap.
Older performers may sit on any unsold seats at the rear of the auditorium.
Senior Citizen/Aged Pension Card Holders- 15.00 (Please present your card at the door)
Children cannot be left at the club to look after themselves. We take no responsibility for children left alone. Tickets are for sale on a first in, best seat basis. All seats provide a good view of the stage.
You can purchase your tickets from any studio listed below. Edensor Park tickets are sold first. We will put aside every third table for Narellan sales. We will give everyone in the queue a number. We will call out your number for you to buy your tickets. This avoids lengthy queues and you can sit and relax with our magazines until your number is called. You can purchase tickets at the door at the concert but this is a slow process as you will be in a queue.

Programs - Will be for sale soon for $1.00. Please follow the program carefully so you will know when to send your child to the stage area for their performance. We usually line the children up backstage 2 items before their dance. You can take your child through the door on the far right of the stage and pick them up from the door on the left side of the stage after their dance. All students are in the Finale. Please do not walk across in front of the stage while people are performing.
Costume Hire - Is $40.00 per costume. This is now overdue. On return of your costume, you will receive your $20.00 deposit. All hire costumes are to be returned the FIRST lesson back after the Pantomime. (There is one more week of lessons after the pantomime.) If you cannot return your costume during this week, please let your teacher know so we can make other arrangements. Please return the costumes in the exact same plastic bag or coat hanger that it came in. Please do not write anything on the plastic costume bags . There should be a name tag on it with your Childs name. Please hand wash costumes in cold water only, using a mild detergent or wool wash . Costumes are to be paid by cash, no cheques please. Your $20.00 deposit per costume will be put back into your fees bank column or refunded to you. If your costume has not been returned to us before the holidays your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that we have taken this step as in previous years many costumes have not been returned on time.

Studio Jackets – We have a new supply of Tracksuit Jackets if you would like to buy one. Size 4 -14 @ $39.00
Notice board - Please read the notice board every lesson; otherwise you will not know what is happening within the studio; especially towards events such as Pantomimes and Concerts.
Fee Envelopes - Could all parents please write your NAME, STUDIO, GRADE, AMOUNT and DATE on all envelopes. Please pay at the beginning of your class and do not hand in a cheque unless it is in an envelope. If you would like a copy of your fees page, to keep your own payment record, please ask our secretary or your teacher. All lessons must be paid for whether attended or not. If you miss a lesson, you can do a “catch-up class” wherever you see your grade on the timetable, or try one grade higher, or a different class altogether.
Holidays – We will close for the school holidays. Our last day of Term 2 is Saturday 5 th July. Term 3 will commence on Tuesday 22 nd July.
