WELCOME TO OUR WORLD OF ENTERTAINMENT!

  Classes are conducted in Classical Ballet and Tap teaching the Ballet Australasia Limited (BAL) Syllabus. In addition we have Jazz Funk/Hip Hop, and specially designed Pre School Classes (from 2 ½ years). Classes for Singing, Drama, and Modern/Contemporary are held at our Edensor Park Studio only. We produce a mid year pantomime and end of year concert with all students participating. Costume hire for these productions is only $20-00 per costume.

New students can wear a leotard, bike shorts and top or one-piece swimming costume, jiffies or bare feet for ballet. Hard soled shoes (school shoes) for tap and sport shoes (runners) for jazz/funk. Correct uniform should be purchased from the studio as soon as possible.

GRADE 5 TO SENIORS – Red and black cotton lycra tank top with white piping $33-00

Black cotton lycra jazz flares (available at Target, Best & Less and Ballet shops)

Long sleeve black cotton top can be worn underneath during winter.

BOYS – Black or blue cargo shorts - white or blue t shirt /tank top – black dance shoes

Hair must be away from the face in a bun or headband for short hair .

Enrolment Fee is $10 per family

 

Fees can be paid by the week, month or term in advance, never in arrears.

All prices include GST. A 5% discount is given for term fees paid in full by the end of week two.

New students can pay their term fee at their first lesson, or pay one week in advance, with the remainder paid by the end of week 2 . Correct money in an envelope would be appreciated .

All class fees must be paid whether class is attended or not, except in the case of hospitalization.

We offer free “catch up” classes

Please place fees in your envelope with the students name, amount and dates being paid written on the front.

Please put your fees in an envelope for your teacher (or secretary) with correct money inside, at the start of your lesson.

We keep all envelopes as proof of payment.

Most classes are held twice weekly. We suggest that students make every effort to attend all classes if they wish to make satisfactory progress and maintain the high standard of the studio.

HOLIDAYS – Students receive holidays usually when schools are on vacation. Classes are not held at Easter.

TROPHIES are presented at the end of each year to all students. We fundraise for this in Term 3.

FEES RECORD - All parents are given a fees record page at the beginning of the year to record their payment. It also has the dates of every week and reminders such as Holidays, Pantomime and Concert dates etc.

SAVINGS BANK - Some parents have found it useful in the past to pay a little extra each week for costumes when it is due, instead of paying a lump sum. If this scheme is of interest to you simply place the extra amount in your weekly fees envelope and mark it “Savings Bank”.

STUDENTS who look good and present themselves as dancers participate more keenly in class, so correct dress and grooming is essential. Crossovers can be worn in cooler weather but not jumpers. Please label all dancewear.

As classes are very busy and timetables must be adhered to, parents are asked not to discuss matters with the teacher between classes. We are available on 9823 3453 from 10am.
