Fees can be paid by the week, month or term in advance, never in arrears.
Correct money in an envelope would be appreciated.
Once enrolled, all classes should be paid for whether attended or not, except in the case of hospitalisation.
We offer free 'catch up' classes for missed lessons.
Please place fees in your envelope with the students name, amount and dates being paid written on the front.
Please put your fees in an envelope for your teacher (or secretary) with correct money inside, at the start of your lesson.
We keep all envelopes as proof of payment.

Fees Record
All Parents are given a fees record page in the beginning of the year to record their payment. The fee record page has the dates of every week and reminders such as holidays, Pantomimes, Concert Dates, Costume Money due dates, etc. Of course all this is also available on this site if required.
Savings Bank
Some parents have found it useful in the past to pay a little extra each week to cover concert costumes when it is due, instead of paying a lump sum. If this scheme is of interest to you simply place the extra amount in your weekly fees envelope and mark it “Savings Bank”
As classes are very busy and timetables must be adhered to, parents are asked not to discuss matters with the teacher between classes. We are available to discuss any matter you wish on 9823 3453 in the mornings from 10.00 am.
Jazz Festival
Jazz students can enter our “Jazz Festival” held in around Sept/Oct. Competitors will perform a short jazz dance on their own, on stage. Parents are welcome to attend and watch. Trophies are awarded to the winners of each grade. More information on the Jazz Festival is available. Also check the calendar.
Holidays
Students receive holidays whenever schools are on vacation, with classes only being held on the first Saturday of any school holiday. Check the Calendar for these dates
Classes
Most classes are held twice weekly, and we suggest that students should make every effort to attend all classes if they wish to make satisfactory progress and maintain the high standard of the studio. Up to date Studio Timetables are available
Trophies
Trophies are presented each year for Jazz Festival winners. Every child in the studio will also receive a trophy if they have contributed to our fundraising. We generally only have one fundraiser per year. Perpetual trophies are also given at the end of year concert for studio awards.
